Supine Bridge with Tennis Balls

Purpose:
This exercise combines a glute bridge with myofascial release by placing tennis balls under the back to target tension in the upper traps, rhomboids, or thoracic spine. It promotes core and glute activation while releasing tension in the upper back and improving posture.
